Use the email address you signed up with. If you joined through Google, Apple, or Meta, use the same sign-in provider.

A problem in a lesson

Use the report option in the lesson feedback to tell us what went wrong. It includes the lesson details so we can investigate.

If a lesson is interrupted, reopen it from your course to resume your saved progress.

Contact support

Include your account email, the page or lesson, and what you expected to happen. Keep passwords and email sign-in links private.

Privacy and your data

In Profile, download an account-and-learning snapshot or request a full data export or account deletion. Requests are reviewed by an operator and do not automatically cancel billing. Other contact details are in our Privacy Policy.
